Are you ready? Has it hit you yet? What you do right now is going to affect your next year dramatically - unfortunately I see many sales leaders that are more focused on ending 2009 than they are on building ther 2010. So, do you have a plan to improve next year?

I guess some are waiting for the economy to turn around - I see signs of that happening already and by the time it does are you going to be taking time from this reactionary approach to plan? probably not. The fact is that this is the time to plan. You have 60 days to evaluate, strategize and then implement. Start asking yourself why am I not planning? What is getting in the way?

Something that will help you with this is joining me on November 3rd for a special business Presentation at Bentley University -

After the Cutting: How Successful Companies Sell Their Way Back to the Top

You can read about the event here http://www.executive-luncheon.eventbrite.com/ and register by using my access code FB1103 and save the $75.00 cost.

Or you can register here http://omg-kurlan-live.eventbrite.com/ and join us for the live web broadcast using my same discount code.

Whatever your business don't head into 2010 without attending or listening to this event. My experience and that of my clients would indicate that what you learn at this session will impact your revenue by at least 20%!
