Chinese Salespeople May be the Next Group to Outsell Your Salespeople

Another one of my colleagues regularly visits Bangalore to train their salespeople that call into the US Market.

So now, you not only have to worry about the effects of the economy, global competition, crazy low pricing from desperate competitors, reluctant buyers, cheaper products from the far east, and salespeople who aren't able to get it done the way they used to, but you also have to worry about getting outsold by salespeople from Asia.

So when will you stop waiting for things to improve and make the improvements to your sales organization? It's the only thing you can control!

Thanks for the article. I have been watching the Asian market for quite awhile. Articles have been written regarding China for the past few years in Fortune, Inc. etc. Business people have not watched the "Sleeping Tiger" close enough. Not only will they out sell, out price, out deliver the U.S. if we do not change but remember our Government has borrowed a lot of money from China, where do you think China got their money to loan and to buy real estate in major cities.  
 
China is a force to reckon with and we here have no more time to wait to change, change has to happen now. They are our competition along with India and we have to deal with that. We have to wake up, smell the tea and get to work changing how we sell in a world market , how we sell in a new economy that is emerging.
