We Stopped Getting Resumes from Sales Candidates

  
  
  

Dave Kurlan is a top-rated speaker, best-selling author, sales thought leader and highly regarded sales development expert.
I hear that one a lot.  The assumption here is that you were getting resumes before and you're not now.  This is almost always a case of not understanding the need to repost your ad each week.

When a candidate goes on line and asks to see jobs posted in the last three days, if yours wasn't posted in the last three days it won't be up near the top of the list. It doesn't matter if you go in and refresh the ad, if it wasn't posted in the last three days your candidates won't see it.

Repost and keep the resumes coming.
