The key in answering client questions is the OMG tools are sales specific in a full sales context not uplifted from "other non-sales general psychometrics" but then overlaid on sales to potentailly force a fit.I guess you can stick a Ferrari badge on a Toyota Corolla it is still a Toyota.

I appreciate that OMG's Assessments are examined and measured only in a sales context, not in a social/life context. It's the sales context where results are generated.
In building my own medical device sales force, I tried all types of assessments, looking for something that could help me consistently hire top performers. Out of 10 different assessments I tested, only OMG had the predictive ability I needed to build an industry leading sales team with Hirables that shattered quotas.
I used to use three other profiles to hire salespeople and select distributors. They seemed to identify potential and problems, but something was missing. Turnover and poor performance was still too high.
Now I know why. I use the OMG profile to screen and evaluate partners, and I recommend it to my clients.
