Rick Roberge

 

Rick Roberge is a Senior Sales Strategist at Kurlan Associates where he specializes in working with Entrepreneurs and helping small to mid size company founders grow sales through the establishment of effective sales strategies, training and coaching programs.

Rick began his sales/sales management career while in college and spent the 70's and early 80's working in the business to consumer space. After a lengthy career in sales, he founded The Commercial Collection Agency a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurial companies with collections. In the process of representing hundreds of clients against thousands of debtors, he realized that the product or service always had to be resold because a salesperson didn’t properly complete the process.

At Kurlan & Associates, Rick uses his vast experience helping salespeople, professional service providers, and sole proprietors target and obtain better customers and clients. He helps his clients develop a complete "meeting of the minds", shorten the sales cycle, close more effectively, and strategically manage the relationships with their clients to develop loyalty and a lifetime of referral business.

Rick is a "hands on" trainer and coach and can often be seen working alongside Kurlan & Associates' clients at trade shows, fine tuning their skills at networking events, tweaking their telephone effectiveness on joint "live" phone calls, role-playing and debriefing "real life" sales situations.
