I was just thinking about what I'll be doing the next few days and realized that my mother, who was a grandmother to our sons is now a great grandmother to my grandsons.

Is that how your salespeople get to be great salespeople? You hire a second generation?

You get your sales people to be great by hiring the right ones and if second or third generations fit then you have them, but remeber great sales people are not born, they have to have a passion for it and be commited to what it takes to get there and always train, learn and work hard at to stay great.

Happy Holidays to you and all your family. Enjoy, ED

Hey Rick, my kids have enough difficulty understanding why their grandparents are the same generation as their great uncles/aunts and their great grandmother is the same generation as their great great aunts/uncles. Can you have great great salespeople?
